Per RealtyTrac, a foreclosure activity consists of a notice of default (NOD), notice of trustees sale, notice of auction date, or reposession.
King County was the largest contributing County to this new epedimic in the State with 1,899 foreclosure activities. This number was almost double of the next County in line. Snohomish County came in a strong 2nd place with 1,094. Pierce Country was third with 1,067.
